    2. Discussion and consideration to approve payment for the Downtown & Neighborhood Revitalization Program to Lois and Rick Shurtleff in the amount of $4750.00.
    3. Discussion and consideration for Blazek Corporation to do work at Fayette wastewater treatment facility in the amount of $15,150.
    4. Resolution 2023-48 – Resolution to approve the Health Insurance Handbook
    5. Resolution 2023-49 – Resolution to approve the Personnel Policy to include updates to Section 5.1 Health Insurance
    6. Resolution 2023-50 – Resolution fixing public hearing date for authorization of a loan and disbursement agreement and issuance of not to exceed $65,000 for a Police 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Truck and providing for publication of notice.
    7. Discussion and consideration regarding Fayette Police Department annual wages and salaries.
    8. Discussion and consideration in filling vacant council seat.
    9. Discussion and consideration in having city wide trick or treating on Tuesday, October 31 from 5PM to 7PM.
