PUBLIC NOTICE – CITY OF FAYETTE
The City of Fayette purposes to sell the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 2 and the South 16 feet of Lot 3, Block 8, S.H. Robertson’s Addition to Fayette, Fayette County, Iowa.
The property is known locally as 207 Alexander Street, Fayette, Fayette County, Iowa.
The city of Fayette has received an offer to sell its interest in the above-described real estate and such offer shall be contemplated at a public hearing on the proposal to sell that portion of the above-described property. Final approval of the sale will be via resolution following the public hearing.
The public is invited to attend and comment on the proposal at a hearing on the 15th day of May, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room (use back door) at the Fayette Community Library, 104 W. State Street, Fayette, Iowa.
