This is a courtesy notice from Fayette City Hall.  A Planning and Zoning Commission meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 30^th at 6PM and will be held at Fayette Community Library in the Community Room (use back door).  The meeting is to discuss Upper Iowa University installing solar panels and a solar energy system near the 600 block of Wadena Road (Parcel “AC” in lots 5 & 6, Blk 6 & in lot 7 Blk 7, J.E. Robertson Add, Fayette, EX N 200’PCL”AC” measured from NW COR of PCL “AC” on Wadena Rd. Southward along W LN which grantor reserves & retains & EX N 36’ E 200’ PCL “AC” SE SW). A representative from Upper Iowa University will be present to discuss the project.  Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting as the Planning and Zoning Commission decide whether to recommend or to not recommend the solar energy system to the Fayette City Council.  The Fayette City Council will receive the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation at an up-coming Council meeting.  At that time, the City Council will make the final decision whether to approve the solar energy system for Upper Iowa University.
