NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF FAYETTE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
You are hereby notified that on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at 7PM in the Community Room of the Fayette Community Library (104 W. State St.), the Fayette Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to elicit input and responses relating to the request from Lyle and Valerie Buehler. The Buehler’s are requesting a special exception and variance to the Fayette City Code, including Chapter 165.05(5)A to the minimum yard requirements, and permission to build a garage and addition onto their current house located at 307 W. Water Street and on the property line of 307 W. Water Street/401 W. Water Street and approximately 8 feet onto the property located at 401 W. Water Street. The addition planned will leave no side yard where the addition will be located at 307 W. Water Street. The Board will decide on the special exceptions and variances from the City Planning & Zoning Regulations.
If you so desire, you may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, in support of or in opposition to the special exception or variance to the ordinance.
