NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF FAYETTE CONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT

        You are hereby notified that on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 6PM in Fayette City Hall, the Fayette City Council will hold a public hearing for the conveyance, at the cost of preparation, of an easement, allowing building upon city right of way (ROW).  The City owns the ROW immediately adjacent to the Fayette County Food Shelf, Inc. parcel located at 107 E. Water Street, Lot 1, Block 5 & E30’ Lot 2, Block 5, in Fayette and the Fayette County Food Shelf, Inc. desires to erect a building upon approximately 14 feet of the ROW.  At the public hearing, if you so desire, you may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, in support of or in opposition of this easement.
