     A. Discussion and consideration in hiring Jeremiah Owens as a Part-Time Reserve Fayette Police officer at the rate of $21.00 per hour.

     B. Discussion and consideration in closing down most of the 100 block of S. Main Street for music, food/craft vendors and more from approximately 4PM until midnight on April 22, 2023, and allowing music outdoors until midnight for the Upper Iowa University Spring Fling and Family Weekend

     C. Discussion and consideration on closing down half the 200 block of S. Main Street for the All Cardinal Class Reunion which will have live music, food and more from approximately 3PM until midnight on July 15, 2023, and allowing music outdoors until midnight

     D. Resolution 2023-22 – Resolution updating the city of Fayette Depositories from Resolution 2021-35

     E. Resolution 2023-23 – Resolution appointing Paying Agent, Note Registrar, and Transfer Agent, approving the Paying Agent and Note Registrar and Transfer Agent Agreement and Authorizing the Execution of the Agreement

     F. Resolution 2023-24 – Resolution approving and authorizing a form of Loan Agreement and authorizing and providing for the issuance, and levying a tax to pay the Notes; Approval of the Tax Exemption Certificate

     G. Resolution 2023-25 – Resolution approving Company Policy/Agency Disclosure and Acknowledgement, the Listing Agreement and the Seller Disclosure of Property Condition

     H. Resolution 2023-26 – Fixing a date for a meeting on the authorization of a loan and disbursement agreement and the issuance of not to exceed $55,000 for body cameras and Tasers for the police department and providing for publication of notice thereof.

     I. Closed/Executive Session per Iowa Code 21.5(1)(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the City would have to pay for that property or reduce the price the City would receive for that property.
