- Ordinance 493 – Amending Fayette City Code Sections 92.02 Water Rates and 99.02 Sewer Service Charges, Second Reading
- Ordinance 494 – Amending Fayette City Code Section 106.09 Landfill Fee, Second Reading

- Ordinance 496 – Amending Chapter 50.02 (10) of Nuisance Abatement Procedure elaborating on conditions which are deemed to be a nuisance in the City for Weeds and Brush, First Reading
- Resolution 2017-13 – Finding long Grass and Weeds greater than 8 inches are considered Obnoxious and a Nuisance to the Public.
